  3. Deuces Wild is copyright ¬©1994 Blind Squirrel Software.  Unregistered, unmodified copies may be distributed freely. Written permission is required if you charge for the software or the media or any other loophole of which we haven't thought. There are some exceptions:

  5. ‚Ä¢ non-profit user groups may charge a media or copying fee up to $3. If you need to charge more please contact us first. We'd appreciate notification if the program is included on a "disk of the month" or similar promotion. We may even make a special offer for the promotion.
